Q: Do I need to purchase any special software for my computer?
A: Not really. At minimum all you really need is a modern web browser (Firefox 2.0, Internet Explorer 7, etc.) The Content Management System software itself is installed on your web hosting server and is part of your website. We often recommend that you have decent image editing software on your computer, i.e. Photoshop Elements, but even that isn’t absolutely necessary.
Q: Are there limitations? Can I re-design my whole website with it in the future?
A: The content management system allows you to edit the content of the website, not necessarily the website design itself. Depending on the site, and the system used, you’ll be able to edit text and images, add or remove pages, edit links, and much more but you won’t be able to edit the actual design of the site.
Q: Is there a monthly or annual fee for the content management software?
A: No. The software we use is installed and paid for at the time of the launch of your website.
Q: Are there any other requirements?
